Client Classification and Access to Fund Information
In accordance with WAG 2018 and MiFID II, clients may be classified as retail clients, professional clients, or eligible counterparties. The investment products presented on this website may be available to retail clients, professional clients, or eligible counterparties, depending on the fund structure, on the investor’s country of residence, and on the applicable legal framework.
Access to information about the alternative investment fund presented on this website depends on the jurisdiction of the investor:
- Liechtenstein. The fund may be distributed to retail investors, and information is available to retail and professional investors alike.
- Austria and Germany. The fund is notified for distribution to professional investors under the marketing passport of Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD), in Austria with the Financial Market Authority and in Germany with the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht. Information is made available only to professional clients within the meaning of MiFID II and to eligible counterparties.
- Other jurisdictions. No fund information is made available.
